The Highland Basketball Shootout is officially SOLD OUT — and we couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you to every fan, family, player, coach, and sponsor who helped make this possible. Your support is what turns this event into something special every single year. The Highland, Illinois Optimist ApexNetwork Physical Therapy Shootout is the oldest and widely known as the premier high school basketball shootout in Illinois and the St. Louis area.
